*UNCENSORED* Tulsa Man In Critical Condition After Having An Axe Buried In His Head!
TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police said a man is dead after he was hit in the head with an axe on Monday.
Israel Trejo was initially arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after he swung and hit 21-year-old James “Jimmy” Patterson in the head with an axe in downtown Tulsa.
Patterson was sitting on a couch in the apartment eating, according to police. Trejo was standing in the living room holding an axe that police said he was attempting to buy from someone else.
Police said Patterson and Trejo never spoke to each other, and after a few minutes of holding the axe, Trejo swung the axe and buried it deep inside the Patterson’s head.
Patterson was taken to a hospital with the axe still in his head. He died Thursday.
Trejo is now arrested for first-degree murder, police said.
